About Me
My background
Even from a very early age I consumed books. I rode a raft with Huck Finn and Dragons with F'lar & F'nor. My world expanded with every word.
I spent almost a decade working with some very heroic folks at the Asheville Fire Dept. and then entered the I.T. field which opened up a world of travel. From China to Indonesia I was allowed to wander and experience different cultures while earning a living. Not a bad gig huh?
Through all my careers and experiences my love of writing has persisted. I decided to put this site up to share some of my stories.
My writing roots
I first put my writing out for public consumption within an online forum. The writing was fantasy based and very well received by the members. In recent years I have used Social Media as a platform for my writing.
My style
Writing, for me, flows directly from my thoughts. Whether I am recalling a memory or creating something more fantastical the story generally forms in my head and then flows out through my fingers with not much in between.
